My Confession

Okay blogging friends, I do have a confession to make. There is a reason that my posts have been so sparse the last couple of weeks. I'll give you three guesses.

1) I've been busy. Yep, that's true. Summer is crazy around here - with everything wrapping up for the year, entertaining a ton, traveling, carnival, trying to see old friends, weddings...you name it, we've probably done it!

2) I've been lazy. Yep, sort-of true. I've spent a lot of time taking naps and less time vacuuming lately. And a lot less time on the computer.

3) I've been sick. Yep, that's true too. I had a horrible cold - you know, the type where your eyes are all watery and your head feels like it could explode? That's finally better now, but ...







Okay, I'll just come out and say it - I'M PREGNANT!!!! And yes I've been extremely nauseous and tired and just trying to survive raising my two girls!!

I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and he had a hard time finding the heartbeat, so I got to see our baby for the second time!! He/she was in there waving little arms around and doing little jumping jacks - oh so cute!!! I'm almost 11 weeeks and due in January, for those detail people out there. And all of us are beyond thrilled to be adding to our family, especially Sophia, who is absolutely convinced it's a boy!
