Comfy?

So, we've moved Eva into her "big girl room" with surprising ease!! I truly thought it might be a battle with her to stay in her room, but she she is doing well.

A couple days ago I had put her up there for her nap and as usual heard the pitter patter of little feet as she reveled in her newfound freedom. To me, it is not worth the battle to make her sleep, as long as she just stays inside the room (doorknob covers on the inside do help!).

I asked Andrew to go up and check on her after an hour, and he came down a little frantic, asking me if I knew where she was. "In her room?" Nope.

We both run up and start looking - under her bed, behind doors, under our bed, even in our shower. No Eva. Anywhere. Go back into her room and happen to glance inside the closet to find this:

I started laughing so hard I had to leave the room for fear she would wake up. And would you believe she slept 1 1/2 hours in that position?
I'll be posting our renovation pictures soon - her new room is absolutely pink and girly (unlike her) and we all love it!

How hilarious! I'm just amazed when I see pictures of kids sleeping in funny positions. Julie B has some great photos of Xi Xi in funny places too. I can't even sleep in the car very well, so I can't imagine a closet!!

So, you do highlights (I'm jumping back to your comment on my post). Is that where you just lighten some of your hair but don't dye all of it? I don't really even know what highlights are. Maybe you can enlighten me because I always think your hair looks great!
