We haven't made it yet...Sophia threw up last night. :( All night. Andrew was an absolute saint and set up a mattress in her room to take care of her so that I could get some decent rest. She threw up 8 times throughout the night.
Then Eva woke up screaming at 5:30 am b/c she's had diarrhea for 3 days (after the vomiting - poor thing) and her bottom hurts. So we gave her a bath and I rocked her and Andy went to bed. After Eva fell asleep I laid with Sophia until she was ready to get up around 7. I made a little bed on the couch downstairs for her (just like my mom used to do!) and let her watch her favorite shows.
Now I'm feeling badly again too...I'm not sure what it is exactly...my tummy just feels "off." I just took a 2 hour nap. Is the end in sight yet?

Please PRAY there is not a round 4!!!

I am praying hard Katie that there is not a round 4 at your house. I do agree with you though that this will soon pass (even at our house!) and that it does keep things in persceptive that often we take our health for granted. Times like these make us appreciate and thank the Lord for what we have. I hope you all have a good rest of your weekend and that everyone gets well ... really soon! Much love -Rose

Katie, I so feel your pain. We've been circling around different horrible sicknesses since Edison started kindergarten. :( Stomach bugs, horrible coughs, ruptured eardrums from strep in Claudia's ear!!! I'll keep praying for you that the GREAT PHYSICIAN will come and heal all sickness in your home. Get some rest!
